Full Moon Meditation!!!x

Let's Come Together... For Our *FIRST* Full Moon Meditation Meetup!!! 🌙🌙🌙🌕🌕🌕✨✨✨✨

We'll be meeting on Thursday 11th of August at 20:00pm

This Initial Meetup will be a great opportunity to meet others within the group and discuss what we'd like to get out of our little gatherings

Together, I'm hoping we can come up with a general plan of action, that we can follow each time we are together

For Example....

🌕 Start with an Open Discussion to reflect on the previous weeks

🌕 Share our Wins, Losses & Intentions

🌕 Have a Guest Speaker to guide us through different topics... Like Crystal's, Yoga, Breathwork, Oracle Cards and so on

🌕 Hold our Meditation Session

🌕 End with a Cleansing Ocean Swim

We can add to / or take away any of these suggestions. So please bring your ideas on the night. Or post your thoughts in the discussion section of this event

What To Bring...

- Journal

- Pen

- Blanket

- Water

- Something Warm For After Sunset

Optional Extras...

- Cushions

- Crystals

- Night Lights, Candles, Lanterns

- Incense sticks

- Swim Wear

- Towel

- Anything else you think would highten our experience or you'd like to share with the group

We'll be meeting at Chiringuito Mesón Montes, at Aldea Beach, in Manilva at 20:00pm

For The New Moon, we'll meet at a different location, so that travel works out fairly for all participants
