This Week We're BACK IN MEXICO... But we'll be doing 3 small mini dishes with similar ingredients!!! Think Street Food!!!xx

Soooooo.... We'll be collaborating with the wonderful Louise & Ed from Fate Foods at Benesse to offer you this Weekly Worldly Cooking Extravaganza... Right in the Comfort Of Your Own Kitchen!!! 

Learn new dishes to impress Yourself & Others over the Internet on Zoom!!! 

Classes will be limited to 10, to allow for lots of interaction and guidance!!!

1 x Mini Burger Bun 

Half Chicken Breast or Tofu 

250g Mince Beef or Chicken 

1 Red or White Onion Mixed Peppers (More If Veggie) 

BBQ Sauce 

1 Tbls Smoked Paprika 

Chilli Powder to Taste 

¼ Tsp Cumin 

2 Garlic - Chopped (More If Veggie) 

1 Tomato Frito 

1 Tbls Red Kidney Beans (More If Veggie) 

Frying Oil, Salt & Pepper  

1 Large Mushrooms - If Veggie 

Optional Cheese
